April 2009: This applies to the Videum PCIe cards only. Some motherboard BIOSes allow to set a payload size parameter for the PCI Express bus. The ideal payload size for Videum boards is 256 Bytes. Most chipsets do not support more than 128 Bytes of payload. This is fine, as no performance limitations have been experienced because of this. |
