In cooperation with partner companies Winnov has developed various video streaming solutions, which utilize the Winnov Videum capture cards: encoding systems may be equipped with an authoring system, to live stream presentations with synchronized powerpoint flippings. The Remote Encoder Management schedules remotely streaming events or to rebroadcast events.
Remote Encoder Management
It is a web based remote streaming encoder management system for multiple encoders. Live streaming or rebroadcast events may be scheduled in advance. Many housekeeping functions are automated, so that the user can very easily create new events. These events are stored in a SQL database. The encoders retrieve any events scheduled and start up to 4 concurrent encoding tasks: live, on-demand, live & on-demand, or rebroadcast. A rebroadcast is the re-transmission of a live event which was recorded.
