Since 1992 Winnov developes and manufactures video capture cards for Windows PCs. The Videum card was the reference capture card for Microsoft NetMeeting. • cascadable: use as many cards as you have PCI slots available. The Videum cards are designed for minimal use of critical resources such as interupts and DMA. Just install the driver once and the system automatically detects all cards installed.
• elastic frame buffer: do not loose any video data due to system bottlenecks. The elastic frame buffer holds the video data, until it can be transferred to system memory.
• very stable drivers: ideal for 24/7 operation. Both VfW and WDM (DirectShow) drivers available.

Bus Architectures
All Videum cards support the PCI and PCI-X bus. Selected models now support the higher performance PCIe (PCI Express) bus. These models have the name extension: Xpress. These are single lane cards which may be plugged into multilane slots. 1, 4, 8 and 16 lane slots are supported. List of PCIe models:

Digital Video Capture Cards

• SDI cards: digital audio and digital video inputs (SD and HD resolution)
• RGB capture cards: these cards may be used to capture, digitize and stream the VGA output of a presenter's PC or notebook. Now the remote viewer may experience the real presentation with all Powerpoint animations, flash animations and embedded videos (up to DVD quality).
