Technical problems with a Videum card
If you experience technical difficulties with a Videum card, please first check the the FAQ and your Videum users manual. If you do not have the paper version available, please check the online version. A link is on each product page. It is very likely that your problem has come up before and it is described there. Also, please check the following:

• Make sure that you have the right driver for your Videum card
• Maybe the driver got corrupted: do a clean uninstall und a fresh install
• Test the card in another system

Return of a card
If you would like to return your card to us for repair or warranty exchange, please contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number. Please have your proof of purchase ready. Please do not return product without a RMA number or without the freight paid, as we will not accept those returns.
